DAY 1 : BURSA-ISTANBUL-MEDINA

Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 08:30. Flight to Medina at ….:…. by the scheduled flight numbered ….. of ……. Airlines. Arrival in Medina at …:… and check-in at the hotel. Visit to the tomb of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), RAWDAH AL-MUTAHHARAH, by going to the Prophet’s Mosque. After dinner, meeting with our female religious guide in the hotel lobby at 21:30, followed by the visit to Rawdah al-Mutahharah by our female guests. Overnight at your hotel.
DAY 2 : MEDINA
Free time after the morning prayer. Noon and afternoon prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the afternoon prayer, visit to the JANNAH AL-BAQI CEMETERY. (Our male guests will go together from the hotel to the afternoon prayer.) Free time after the visit. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 3 : MEDINA
After the morning prayer, a half-day city tour and visits of AL-MADINAH AL-MUNAWWARAH at 07:00.
Places to See: QUBA MOSQUE, THE SEVEN MOSQUES, QIBLATAIN (TWO QIBLAS) MOSQUE, THE OTTOMAN-ERA AMBARIYAH TRAIN STATION AND HAMIDIYE MOSQUE, UHUD MARTYRS’ CEMETERY, Free time after the tour. Opportunity for individual worship at the Prophet’s Mosque. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
NOTE: Guests who use a chair due to their health condition are advised to take their chairs with them when going on the tour.
DAY 4 : MEDINA – MECCA
Morning prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the morning prayer, IHRAMS in our hotel rooms
WILL BE PUT ON and departure for Mecca at 10:00. Arrival in Mecca after an approximately 6-hour bus journey. Check-in at the hotel. Performing Umrah by going to the Holy Kaaba. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 6 : MECCA
After the morning prayer, a half-day city tour and visits of MAKKAH AL-MUKARRAMAH at 07:00.
Places to See: MOUNT THAWR, ARAFAT, MOUNT OF MERCY, MUZDALIFAH, MINA (Place of Stoning the Devil), AQABA MOSQUE, MOUNT HIRA, IJABAH MOSQUE, JANNAH AL-MUALLA CEMETERY, JINN MOSQUE, TREE MOSQUE, FLAG MOSQUE. THE HOUSE WHERE OUR PROPHET WAS BORN. Free time after the tour. Friday prayer at the Holy Kaaba. After dinner, the second Umrah will be performed at 21:30. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 12 : MECCA-JEDDAH-ISTANBUL-BURSA

Tour Program
Day 1: Bursa – Istanbul – Medina
Travel from Bursa to Istanbul Airport, meeting at the international departures counter at 08:30. After the flight to Medina, check into the hotel and visit Masjid an-Nabawi and Rawdah al-Mutahhara; following dinner, a separate visit to Rawdah is arranged for female guests.
Day 2: Medina
Free time is spent after the Fajr prayer; Dhuhr and Asr prayers are performed at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the Asr prayer, a visit to Jannat al-Baqi cemetery takes place, followed by free time and overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3: Medina city tour
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour and visits in Medina al-Munawwarah are conducted. The Quba Mosque, Seven Mosques, Masjid Qiblatayn, Anbariyya Train Station, Hamidiye Mosque, and Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery are visited; afterward, free worship and accommodation take place.
Day 4: Medina – Mecca
After performing the Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, pilgrims don their ihram garments and depart for Makkah at 10:00 AM. Following approximately six hours of bus travel, they check into their hotel and perform Umrah at the Kaaba al-Muazzama.
Day 5: Mecca
Free time is allocated for accommodation and worship in Mecca. No additional visit or activity has been specified for this day of the program.
Day 6: Mecca City Tour
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour and visits are conducted in Makkah al-Mukarramah; Mount Sawr, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Masjid al-Aqabah, Mount Hira, and other designated sites are visited. The Jumu'ah prayer is performed at the Ka'bah al-Muazzamah, followed by the second Umrah after dinner.
Day 7: Mecca

Need to Know
Before making a reservation for our Umrah program, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following points:
- The dates of the Umrah program, flight times, airline company, hotels for accommodation, and visit schedule may change depending on operational conditions. In case of any changes, the general nature and service standard of the program will be maintained.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your travel. It is the participant's responsibility to submit all required documents and information for visa procedures completely and within the specified timeframe.
- The approval of the Umrah visa is solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. Our agency handles the visa application and follow-up processes but cannot guarantee that the visa will be definitively approved.
- Room assignments are made according to the selected room type (double, triple, or quadruple) at the time of reservation. In triple and quadruple rooms, additional beds or sharing of existing beds may apply. For guests traveling alone, room-sharing requests can be accommodated if a suitable match is available.
- The distances of hotels from the Kaaba or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi may vary depending on the area, route, entrance gate, and walking path. During peak periods, walking and vehicle travel times may increase.
- Hotel standards in Makkah and Madinah, room sizes, variety of meals, and services provided may differ from those of similarly categorized hotels in Turkey.
- Flight times and routes may be changed by the airline company. Delays may occur due to check-in, passport control, baggage drop-off, and similar procedures at the airport.
- Transfers and visits included in the program are conducted in group arrangements. Due to traffic, congestion, weather conditions, official regulations, or regional restrictions, the order of visits may be changed, or some visits may not be carried out.
- It is important for elderly guests, those with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or those taking regular medication to consult their doctors before reservation and inform our agency of their health status. Needs for wheelchairs and special accompaniment will be evaluated separately.
- Compliance with current vaccination, health, and travel requirements requested by Saudi Arabian authorities is the participant's responsibility. Updated requirements will be shared prior to travel.
- During the Umrah pilgrimage, guests may encounter crowds, long walks, hot weather, and waiting times. Guests are advised to choose comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for their health condition.
- Baggage allowance is subject to the rules of the airline company. Excess baggage, special baggage, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
- A reservation becomes final upon payment of the required advance fee and signing of the contract. Cancellation, modification, and refund procedures will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the package tour contract.
