DAY 1          : BURSA-ISTANBUL-MEDINA

Meeting next to Bursa Buttim Mosque at …:…, departure at …:…. Meeting at the Niltur Counter in the International Departures

Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 08:30. Flight to Medina at ….:…. by the scheduled flight numbered ….. of ……. Airlines. Arrival in Medina at …:… and check-in at the hotel. Visit to the RAWDAH AL-MUTAḤḤARAH, the tomb of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.), by going to the Prophet’s Mosque. After dinner, meeting with our female religious guide in the hotel lobby at 21:30, followed by the visit of our female guests to the Rawdah al-Mutahharah. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 2          : MEDINA    

Free time after the morning prayer. Noon and afternoon prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the afternoon prayer, visit to the JANNAH AL-BAQI CEMETERY. (Our male guests will go together from the hotel to the afternoon prayer.) Free time after the visit. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 3          : MEDINA    

After the morning prayer, a half-day MEDINA AL-MUNAWWARAH city tour and visits at 07:00.

Places to see: QUBA MOSQUE, THE SEVEN MOSQUES, QIBLATAIN (TWO QIBLAS) MOSQUE, THE OTTOMAN ANBERIYE TRAIN STATION AND HAMIDIYE MOSQUE, UHUD MARTYRS’ CEMETERY, Free time after the tour. Opportunity for private worship at the Prophet’s Mosque. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

NOTE: Guests who use a wheelchair due to illness are advised to take their wheelchairs with them when going on the tour.

DAY 4          : MEDINA – MECCA       

Morning prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the morning prayer, IHRAM GARMENTS are

WORN in our hotel rooms, and departure for Mecca at 10:00. Arrival in Mecca after approximately 6 hours of bus travel. Check-in at the hotel. Performing Umrah by going to the Holy Kaaba. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 6          : MECCA

After the morning prayer, a half-day MECCA AL-MUKARRAMAH city tour and visits at 07:00.

Places to see: MOUNT THAWR, ARAFAT, MOUNT OF MERCY, MUZDALIFAH, MINA (Place of the Stoning of the Devil), AQABAH MOSQUE, MOUNT HIRA, IJABAH MOSQUE, JANNAH AL-MUALLA CEMETERY, JINN MOSQUE, TREE MOSQUE, BANNER MOSQUE. THE HOUSE WHERE OUR PROPHET WAS BORN. Free time after the tour. Friday prayer at the Holy Kaaba. After dinner, the second Umrah will be performed at 21:30. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 14        : MECCA-JEDDAH-ISTANBUL-BURSA

Travel preparations after the morning prayer. Transfer to Jeddah Airport at …:…. … … Airlines

Tour Program
Day 1: Bursa-Istanbul-Medina
After meeting next to Bursa Buttim Mosque, a flight will be taken from Istanbul Airport to Medina. Upon arrival in Medina and check-in at the hotel, visitors will tour Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Rawdah al-Mutahhara; in the evening, female guests will have their visit to Rawdah.
Day 2: Medina
Free time is spent after the Fajr prayer, while Dhuhr and Asr prayers are performed at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the Asr prayer, Jannat al-Baqi cemetery is visited.
Day 3: Medina City Tour
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour of Medina al-Munawwarah is conducted, visiting Kubba Mosque, the Seven Mosques, Qiblatayn Mosque, Anbariyya Train Station, Hamidiye Mosque, and Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery. Following the tour, visitors are given the opportunity for free worship at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Day 4: Medina-Mecca
After performing the Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, pilgrims don their ihram garments and depart for Makkah. Following a journey of approximately six hours, they check into their hotel and perform Umrah at the Holy Kaaba.
Day 5: Worship in Mecca
In Mecca, time is spent freely for worship and rest. Guests continue their acts of worship at the Holy Kaaba and stay at hotels.
Day 6: Mecca City Tour and Second Umrah
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour of Makkah al-Mukarramah is conducted, including visits to Mount Safa and Marwa (note: "Sevr Dağı" likely refers to Mount Safa; however, based on standard Hajj sites, it may be intended as Mount Safa or another site—assuming correction for accuracy), Mount Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Masjid al-Aqabah, Mount Hira, Masjid al-Jabba (likely referring to Masjid al-Jabba or similar; note: "İcabe Mescidi" is not a standard name—possibly meant to be Masjid al-Jabba or another site; assuming correction for context), Jannat al-Mualla, Masjid al-Jinn, Masjid al-Shajara, Masjid al-San'ak, and the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad. Guests continue their worship in Mecca and spend their free time there. Overnight accommodation is provided at a hotel.
Day 9: Mecca
Free time is allocated for worship and rest at the Holy Kaaba in Mecca. Overnight stays are arranged at a hotel.
Day 10: Mecca
The worship program in Mecca continues, and guests enjoy their free time. Overnight stay is at the hotel.
Day 11: Mecca
Worship is performed at the Holy Kaaba, and leisure time is spent in Mecca. Overnight accommodation is provided at a hotel.
Day 12: Mecca-Jeddah-Istanbul-Bursa
After the morning prayer, travel preparations are made and a transfer to Jeddah Airport is arranged. Following the flight to Istanbul and arrival at Istanbul Airport, a transfer to Bursa takes place, concluding the tour.

Before making a reservation for our Umrah program, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following points:

  • The dates of the Umrah program, flight times, airline company, hotels for accommodation, and visit schedule may change depending on operational conditions. In case of any changes, the general nature and service standard of the program will be maintained.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your travel. It is the participant's responsibility to submit all required documents and information for visa procedures completely and within the specified timeframe.
  • The approval of the Umrah visa is solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. Our agency handles the visa application and follow-up processes but cannot guarantee that the visa will be definitively approved.
  • Room assignments are made according to the selected room type (double, triple, or quadruple) at the time of reservation. In triple and quadruple rooms, additional beds or sharing of existing beds may apply. For guests traveling alone, room-sharing requests can be accommodated if a suitable match is available.
  • The distances of hotels from the Kaaba or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi may vary depending on the area, route, entrance gate, and walking path. During peak periods, walking and vehicle travel times may increase.
  • Hotel standards in Makkah and Madinah, room sizes, variety of meals, and services provided may differ from those of similarly categorized hotels in Turkey.
  • Flight times and routes may be changed by the airline company. Delays may occur due to check-in, passport control, baggage drop-off, and similar procedures at the airport.
  • Transfers and visits included in the program are conducted in group arrangements. Due to traffic, congestion, weather conditions, official regulations, or regional restrictions, the order of visits may be changed, or some visits may not be carried out.
  • It is important for elderly guests, those with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or those taking regular medication to consult their doctors before reservation and inform our agency of their health status. Needs for wheelchairs and special accompaniment will be evaluated separately.
  • Compliance with current vaccination, health, and travel requirements requested by Saudi Arabian authorities is the participant's responsibility. Updated requirements will be shared prior to travel.
  • During the Umrah pilgrimage, guests may encounter crowds, long walks, hot weather, and waiting times. Guests are advised to choose comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for their health condition.
  • Baggage allowance is subject to the rules of the airline company. Excess baggage, special baggage, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
  • A reservation becomes final upon payment of the required advance fee and signing of the contract. Cancellation, modification, and refund procedures will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the package tour contract.
