DAY 1 BURSA-ISTANBUL-MEDINA
Meeting next to Bursa Buttim Mosque at ….., departure at ……. Meeting at the Niltur Counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport at ….. Flight to Medina. Arrival in Medina after an approximately 3-hour journey and check-in at the hotel. Visiting Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and the grave of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.), RAWDAH AL-MUTAHHARAH. After dinner, meeting our female religious instructor in the hotel lobby at …… and visiting Rawdah al-Mutahharah for our female guests. Overnight at your hotel.
DAY 2 MEDINA
Free time after the morning prayer. Noon and afternoon prayers at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the afternoon prayer, visiting the JANNAT AL-BAQI CEMETERY. (Our male guests will go together from the hotel to the afternoon prayer.) Free time after the visit. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 3 MEDINA
After the morning prayer, a half-day MEDINA AL-MUNAWWARAH city tour and visits at 07:00.
Places to VisitQUBA MOSQUE, THE SEVEN MOSQUES, QIBLATAIN (TWO QIBLAS) MOSQUE, THE OTTOMAN ANBERIYE TRAIN STATION AND HAMIDIYE MOSQUE, UHUD MARTYRS’ CEMETERY, Free time after the tour. Opportunity for individual worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 4 MEDINA – MECCA
Morning prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the morning prayer, IHRAMS in our hotel rooms
WILL BE WORN and departure for Mecca at 10:00. Arrival in Mecca after an approximately 6-hour bus journey. Check-in at the hotel. Going to the Holy Kaaba and performing Umrah. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 6 MECCA
After the morning prayer, a half-day MECCA AL-MUKARRAMAH city tour and visits at 07:00.
Places to VisitMOUNT THAWR, ARAFAT, MOUNT OF MERCY, MUZDALIFAH, MINA (Place of Stoning the Devil), AQABAH MOSQUE, MOUNT HIRA, IJABAH MOSQUE, JANNAT AL-MUALLA CEMETERY, JINN MOSQUE, TREE MOSQUE, BANNER MOSQUE. THE HOUSE WHERE OUR PROPHET WAS BORN. Free time after the tour. After dinner, departure for Tan’im Mosque at 21:30 for the second Umrah and performance of Umrah. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 10 MECCA-JEDDAH-ISTANBUL-BURSA
Travel preparations after the morning prayer. Transfer to Jeddah Airport. Flight to Istanbul after completing the airport check-in procedures. Arrival at Istanbul Airport after an approximately 4-hour journey. Transfer to Bursa and the end of our tour.

Tour Program
Day 1 – Bursa-Istanbul-Medina
Gathering takes place next to Bursa Buttim Mosque, followed by transfer to Istanbul Airport and flight to Medina. Upon arrival in Medina, guests check into the hotel and visit Masjid al-Nabawi and Rawdah al-Mutahhara; an evening visit to Rawdah is arranged for female guests.
Day 2 – Medina
Free time is spent after the Fajr prayer; Dhuhr and Asr prayers are performed at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the Asr prayer, Jannat al-Baqi cemetery is visited.
Day 3 – Medinah Visits
After the Fajr prayer, a tour and visits to Medina are conducted. The Quba Mosque, the Seven Mosques, the Qiblatayn Mosque, Anbariya Train Station, Al-Hamidiya Mosque, and Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery are visited.
Day 4 – Medina to Mecca
After performing the Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, pilgrims don their ihram garments and depart for Makkah at 10:00 AM. Following a journey of approximately six hours, they check into their hotel and perform Umrah at the Kaaba al-Muazzama.
Day 5 – Mecca
The program schedule does not indicate any additional visit or activity for today. The stay and worship program in Mecca will continue.
Day 6 – Visits to Mecca and the Second Umrah
After the Fajr prayer, a tour of Mecca and visits to its holy sites are conducted. The group will visit Mount Thawr, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Masjid al-Aqabah, Mount Hira, Masjid al-Jabba, Jannat al-Mu'alla, Masjid al-Jinn, Masjid al-Shajara, Masjid al-San'a, and the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In the evening, the group proceeds to Masjid at-Taneem for the second Umrah.
Day 7 – Mecca

Need to Know
Before making a reservation for our Umrah program, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following points:
- The dates of the Umrah program, flight times, airline company, hotels for accommodation, and visit schedule may change depending on operational conditions. In case of any changes, the general nature and service standard of the program will be maintained.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your travel. It is the participant's responsibility to submit all required documents and information for visa procedures completely and within the specified timeframe.
- The approval of the Umrah visa is solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. Our agency handles the visa application and follow-up processes but cannot guarantee that the visa will be definitively approved.
- Room assignments are made according to the selected room type (double, triple, or quadruple) at the time of reservation. In triple and quadruple rooms, additional beds or sharing of existing beds may apply. For guests traveling alone, room-sharing requests can be accommodated if a suitable match is available.
- The distances of hotels from the Kaaba or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi may vary depending on the area, route, entrance gate, and walking path. During peak periods, walking and vehicle travel times may increase.
- Hotel standards in Makkah and Madinah, room sizes, variety of meals, and services provided may differ from those of similarly categorized hotels in Turkey.
- Flight times and routes may be changed by the airline company. Delays may occur due to check-in, passport control, baggage drop-off, and similar procedures at the airport.
- Transfers and visits included in the program are conducted in group arrangements. Due to traffic, congestion, weather conditions, official regulations, or regional restrictions, the order of visits may be changed, or some visits may not be carried out.
- It is important for elderly guests, those with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or those taking regular medication to consult their doctors before reservation and inform our agency of their health status. Needs for wheelchairs and special accompaniment will be evaluated separately.
- Compliance with current vaccination, health, and travel requirements requested by Saudi Arabian authorities is the participant's responsibility. Updated requirements will be shared prior to travel.
- During the Umrah pilgrimage, guests may encounter crowds, long walks, hot weather, and waiting times. Guests are advised to choose comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for their health condition.
- Baggage allowance is subject to the rules of the airline company. Excess baggage, special baggage, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
- A reservation becomes final upon payment of the required advance fee and signing of the contract. Cancellation, modification, and refund procedures will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the package tour contract.
