DAY 1          : BURSA-ISTANBUL-MEDINA

Meeting next to Bursa Buttim Mosque at ...:…; departure at …:…. Meeting at the Niltur Counter in the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 08:30. Flight to Medina at ….:…. by the scheduled flight numbered ….. of ……. Airlines. Arrival in Medina at …:… and check-in at the hotel. Visit to the grave of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), RAWDAH AL-MUTAHAHHARAH, by going to the Prophet’s Mosque. After dinner, our female guests will visit Rawdah al-Mutahharah by meeting our female religious guide in the hotel lobby at 21:30. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 2          : MEDINA    

Free time after the morning prayer. Noon and afternoon prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the afternoon prayer, visit to the JANNAT AL-BAQI CEMETERY. (Our male guests will go together from the hotel for the afternoon prayer.) Free time after the visit. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 3          : MEDINA    

After the morning prayer, a half-day MEDINA AL-MUNAWWARAH city tour and visits at 07:00.

Places to Visit: QUBA MOSQUE, THE SEVEN MOSQUES, QIBLATAIN (TWO QIBLAS) MOSQUE, THE OTTOMAN ANBERIYE TRAIN STATION AND HAMIDIYE MOSQUE, UHUD MARTYRS’ CEMETERY, Free time after the tour. Opportunity for free worship at the Prophet’s Mosque. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

NOTE: Guests who use a chair due to illness are advised to take their chairs with them when going on the tour.

DAY 4          : MEDINA – MECCA       

Morning prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the morning prayer, IHRAM GARMENTS in our hotel rooms

WILL BE WORN and departure for Mecca at 10:00. Arrival in Mecca after approximately 6 hours of bus travel. Check-in at the hotel. Performing Umrah by going to the Holy Kaaba. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 6          : MECCA

After the morning prayer, a half-day MECCA AL-MUKARRAMAH city tour and visits at 07:00.

Places to Visit: MOUNT THAWR, ARAFAT, MOUNT OF MERCY, MUZDALIFAH, MINA (Place of Stoning the Devil), AQABAH MOSQUE, MOUNT HIRA, IJABAH MOSQUE, JANNAT AL-MUALLA CEMETERY, JINN MOSQUE, SHAJARAH MOSQUE, FLAG MOSQUE. THE HOUSE WHERE OUR PROPHET WAS BORN. Free time after the tour. Friday prayer at the Holy Kaaba. After dinner, the second Umrah will be performed at 21:30. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 8          : MECCA-JEDDAH-ISTANBUL-BURSA

Travel preparations after the morning prayer. Transfer to Jeddah Airport at …:…. … … Air

Tour Program
Day 1: Bursa-Istanbul-Medina
After meeting beside Bursa Buttim Mosque, proceed to Istanbul Airport and gather at the Niltur counter at 08:30. Travel to Medina on a scheduled flight, check into the hotel, and visit Masjid an-Nabawi and Rawdah al-Mutahhara; in the evening, female guests will have a separate visit to Rawdah.
Day 2: Medina
Free time is spent after the Fajr prayer; Dhuhr and Asr prayers are performed at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the Asr prayer, Jannat al-Baqi cemetery is visited, followed by dinner and overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3: Medina City Tour
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour and visits in Medina al-Munawwarah are conducted at 07:00. The tour includes Kubba Mosque, the Seven Mosques, Qiblatayn Mosque, Anbariyya Train Station, Hamidiye Mosque, and Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery; afterward, free time for worship is provided.
Day 4: Medina-Mecca
After performing the Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, pilgrims don their ihram garments and depart for Makkah at 10:00 AM. Following approximately six hours of bus travel, they check into their hotel and perform Umrah at the Holy Kaaba.
Day 5: Mecca
Free time is spent in Mecca for accommodation and worship.
Day 6: Mecca City Tour
After the Fajr prayer, a city tour and visits in Makkah al-Mukarramah are conducted at 07:00; Mount Sawr, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Masjid al-Aqabah, Mount Hira, and other designated sites are visited. Following the tour, free time is provided, followed by the Friday prayer performed at the Kaaba al-Muazzama, and the second Umrah is performed in the evening.
Day 7: Mecca
Free time is spent in Mecca for worship and relaxation, with accommodation arranged at a hotel.
Day 8: Mecca-Jeddah-Istanbul-Bursa
After the Fajr prayer, travel preparations are made and a transfer is arranged to Jeddah Airport. A scheduled flight returns to Istanbul, and from Istanbul Airport, a transfer to Bursa concludes the tour.
Day 9: Medina – Ramadan Worship

After the pre-dawn meal and morning prayer, we provide free time throughout the day for prayer, recitation of the Holy Quran, sending blessings upon the Prophet, and supplication at Masjid an-Nabawi.

Guests may carry out personal visits and make use of this time for rest and shopping outside of prayer times.

After our iftar dinner, we perform the night (Isha) and Taraweeh prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi. Overnight stay at our hotel in Medina.

Day 10: Medina – Farewell Visit and Travel Preparations

After our suhoor program, we perform the morning prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. We spend our last full day in Medina with worship and personal visits.

We go to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi at the time determined by our guides, greet the Prophet (PBUH), and carry out our farewell visit.

After our iftar dinner, we perform the night and taraweeh prayers. We complete our luggage and ihram preparations for our journey to Mecca the next day. Overnight stay at our hotel in Medina.

Day 11: Medina – Mecca – Umrah Ritual

After our suhoor and morning prayer, we vacate our rooms and complete our preparations for the journey to Mecca.

We gather in the hotel lobby, wearing ihram, together with guests who wish to perform umrah again. At the designated time, we depart for Makkah al-Mukarramah by private vehicles or, depending on flight and ticket availability, by high-speed train. We perform our umrah intention in accordance with the miqat procedure.

Upon arrival in Makkah, we check into our hotel. After a short rest, accompanied by our guides, we proceed to the Kaaba al-Muazzama to perform tawaf and sa’y, thereby completing our umrah ritual.

After our iftar meal, we continue our worship at Masjid al-Haram. Overnight stay at our hotel in Makkah.

Day 12: Mecca – Eid al-Fitr

We depart for Masjid al-Haram at the time designated by our guides for the Eid prayer. After the Eid prayer, we greet our guests and share the joy of this blessed day together in Makkah al-Mukarramah.

After breakfast at our hotel, we provide free time for prayer, Tawaf, recitation of the Holy Quran, and supplication at the Kaaba al-Muazzama.

Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Makkah.

Day 13: Mecca Visits

After our morning prayer and breakfast at our hotel, we begin our visit program to Makkah al-Mukarramah at the scheduled time.

As part of the program, we visit or view along the route sites such as Mount Sawr, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Akaba Mosque, Mount Hira, Jannatul Mualla Cemetery, the Jin Mosque, and the area where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was born.

After our visits, we return to our hotel and rest. The remainder of the day is free for worship at Masjid al-Haram.

Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Makkah.

Day 14: Mecca – Worship and Collective Tawaf

We perform our morning prayer at Masjid al-Haram. After breakfast at our hotel, we provide free time throughout the day for performing Tawaf around the Kaaba, praying, reciting the Quran, and personal worship.

After the Isha prayer, we gather at the time specified by our scholar and carry out a group Tawaf and supplication program together.

Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Mecca.

Day 15: Mecca - Worship and Free Time

After our morning prayer and breakfast at our hotel, we spend the day in worship at Masjid al-Haram.

Guests can engage in prayer, Tawaf, recitation of the Quran, and supplications; outside of prayer times, they may use their free time for rest and personal needs.

Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Mecca.

Day 16: Mecca - Group Tawaf and Prayer Program

We perform our morning prayer at Masjid al-Haram. After breakfast at our hotel, we have free time for personal worship.

After the Isha prayer, we meet with our group at the time determined by our guide and perform our collective Tawaf. After Tawaf, we make supplications accompanied by our scholar and return to our hotel.

Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Mecca.

Day 17: Mecca – Worship and Farewell Tawaf

After our morning prayer and breakfast at our hotel, we spend our last full day in Mecca engaging in worship and prayers at the Holy Kaaba.

After the Isha prayer, we gather with our group at the time determined by our guide to perform our farewell Tawaf and collective supplication before departing from Mecca.

Following the Tawaf, we return to our hotel and complete our departure preparations. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Mecca.

Day 18: Mecca – Jeddah – Istanbul

After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms according to our flight time and complete our return preparations. At the scheduled time, we transfer to Jeddah Airport with our private vehicle.

After completing our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on our scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, we conclude our 17-night, 18-day Ramadan Umrah program.

We bid farewell, hoping that Allah accepts your worship, fasting, and Umrah, and look forward to meeting again at another Niltur organization event.

Program Notes

  • The meal schedule during Ramadan is planned as Suhoor and Iftar; after the Eid holidays, it is planned as morning breakfast and dinner.
  • The departure and return times for the one-day Mecca Umrah on March 2 will be arranged in line with the goal of participating in Iftar and Taraweeh programs in Medina.
  • The use of high-speed trains will be planned based on schedule and ticket availability.
  • Visit to Ravza-i Mutahhara is subject to relevant permits and appointment arrangements.
  • Hijri dates are organized on the basis of accepting February 27, 2027, as 20 Ramadan. The Laylat al-Qadr and holiday program may be updated according to the official Ramadan and Eid announcements in Saudi Arabia.
  • The order of visits may be adjusted by our guides depending on prayer times, crowd density, transportation, and operational conditions.

Need to Know

Before making a reservation for our Umrah program, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following points:

  • The dates of the Umrah program, flight times, airline company, hotels for accommodation, and visit schedule may change depending on operational conditions. In case of any changes, the general nature and service standard of the program will be maintained.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your travel. It is the participant's responsibility to submit all required documents and information for visa procedures completely and within the specified timeframe.
  • The approval of the Umrah visa is solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. Our agency handles the visa application and follow-up processes but cannot guarantee that the visa will be definitively approved.
  • Room assignments are made according to the selected room type (double, triple, or quadruple) at the time of reservation. In triple and quadruple rooms, additional beds or sharing of existing beds may apply. For guests traveling alone, room-sharing requests can be accommodated if a suitable match is available.
  • The distances of hotels from the Kaaba or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi may vary depending on the area, route, entrance gate, and walking path. During peak periods, walking and vehicle travel times may increase.
  • Hotel standards in Makkah and Madinah, room sizes, variety of meals, and services provided may differ from those of similarly categorized hotels in Turkey.
  • Flight times and routes may be changed by the airline company. Delays may occur due to check-in, passport control, baggage drop-off, and similar procedures at the airport.
  • Transfers and visits included in the program are conducted in group arrangements. Due to traffic, congestion, weather conditions, official regulations, or regional restrictions, the order of visits may be changed, or some visits may not be carried out.
  • It is important for elderly guests, those with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or those taking regular medication to consult their doctors before reservation and inform our agency of their health status. Needs for wheelchairs and special accompaniment will be evaluated separately.
  • Compliance with current vaccination, health, and travel requirements requested by Saudi Arabian authorities is the participant's responsibility. Updated requirements will be shared prior to travel.
  • During the Umrah pilgrimage, guests may encounter crowds, long walks, hot weather, and waiting times. Guests are advised to choose comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for their health condition.
  • Baggage allowance is subject to the rules of the airline company. Excess baggage, special baggage, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
  • A reservation becomes final upon payment of the required advance fee and signing of the contract. Cancellation, modification, and refund procedures will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the package tour contract.
