DAY 1 : BURSA-ISTANBUL-MEDINA

Visit to the RAWDHA AL-MUTAHHARA, the tomb of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.), by going to the Prophet’s Mosque. Following dinner, meeting with our female religious guide in the hotel lobby at 21:30, followed by our female guests’ visit to Rawdha Al-Mutahhara. Overnight at your hotel.
DAY 2 : MEDINA
Free time after the morning prayer. Noon and afternoon prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the afternoon prayer,
visit to the JANNAH AL-BAQI CEMETERY. (Our male guests will go together from the hotel to the afternoon prayer.) Free time after the visit. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 3 : MEDINA
After the morning prayer, a half-day MEDINA AL-MUNAWWARAH city tour and visits at 07:00.
Places to Visit: QUBA MOSQUE, THE SEVEN MOSQUES, QIBLATAIN (TWO QIBLAS) MOSQUE, THE OTTOMAN ANBERIYE TRAIN STATION AND HAMIDIYE MOSQUE, UHUD MARTYRS’ CEMETERY, Free time after the tour. Opportunity for individual worship at the Prophet’s Mosque. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
NOTE: Guests who use a wheelchair due to their condition are advised to take their wheelchairs with them when setting out on the tour.
DAY 4 : MEDINA – MECCA
Morning prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque. After the morning prayer, IHRAMS
will be PUT ON in our hotel rooms, and departure for Mecca at 10:00. Arrival in Mecca after an approximately 6-hour bus journey. Check-in at the hotel. Performing Umrah by going to the Holy Kaaba. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
DAY 6 : MECCA
After the morning prayer, a half-day MECCA AL-MUKARRAMAH city tour and visits at 07:00.
Places to Visit: MOUNT THAWR, ARAFAT, JABAL AL-RAHMAH, MUZDALIFAH, MINA (Place of stoning the devil), AQABAH MOSQUE, MOUNT HIRA, IJABAH MOSQUE, JANNAH AL-MUALLA CEMETERY, JINN MOSQUE, TREE MOSQUE, STANDARD MOSQUE. THE HOUSE WHERE OUR PROPHET WAS BORN. Free time after the tour. Friday prayer at the Holy Kaaba. Following dinner, the second Umrah will be performed at 21:30. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 14 : MECCA-JEDDAH-ISTANBUL-BURSA

Tour Program
We meet with Niltur officials at Istanbul Airport International Terminal at the scheduled time. After completing our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Medina on our scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Medina, we transfer to our hotel via our private vehicle.
After settling into our rooms, we visit the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi) with our guide, where we pay respects at Rawdah al-Mutahhara and the blessed tomb of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, free time for worship and visits. We perform our noon and afternoon prayers at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. After the afternoon prayer, we visit Jannat al-Baqi Cemetery with our guides.
In the remaining part of the day, free time for worship and personal visits at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, we begin our visit program to Medina al-Munawwarah. As part of the program, we will visit Kubba Mosque, Qiblatayn Mosque, Seven Mosques, Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery, the Ottoman-era Anbariye Train Station, and Hamidiye Mosque.
After our visits, we return to our hotel and spend the rest of the day in worship at Masjid an-Nabawi. Dinner and overnight stay will be at our hotel.
After breakfast, we complete our ihram preparations and proceed to Makkah al-Mukarramah by performing the intention of Umrah at the designated miqat point.
Upon arrival in Makkah, we check into our hotel. After a short rest, accompanied by our guides, we visit the Ka'bah al-Muazzama to perform tawaf and sa'y, thereby completing our Umrah rituals. Dinner and overnight stay are at our hotel.
After breakfast, free time for worship, tawaf, and personal visits at the Kaaba. Guests may spend this time in prayer, recitation of the Holy Quran, and individual acts of worship.
After the Isha prayer, we meet with our scholar at the specified time in the hotel lobby and carry out our group tawaf and supplication program together. After the program, we return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, we begin our visit program to Makkah al-Mukarramah. As part of the program, we will visit Mount Sevr, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina, Akaba Mosque, Mount Hira, Ijabah Mosque, Jannat al-Mu'alla Cemetery, Jin Mosque, and the area where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was born.
After our visits, we return to our hotel. In the evening, we meet with guests who wish to perform their second Umrah in the hotel lobby and proceed to Ten'im Mosque. There, after entering ihram and making the intention for Umrah, we go to the Ka'bah al-Muazzamah and perform our second Umrah. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, free time for worship, tawaf, and personal visits at the Kaaba. Guests may spend this time in prayer, recitation of the Holy Quran, and individual acts of worship.
After the Isha prayer, we meet with our scholar at the specified time in the hotel lobby and carry out our group tawaf and supplication program together. After the program, we return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

After the Isha prayer, we meet our scholar at the hotel lobby at the specified time and perform our farewell tawaf with the group. Following the tawaf, we complete our collective supplication program and return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and complete our travel preparations. At the scheduled time, we transfer to Jeddah Airport.
After completing our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on our scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, we conclude our 13-night, 14-day Umrah program.

Cancellation Policy
To enable our tours, there is a minimum participation requirement of 15 people.
- If the required number of participants is not reached; international trips and Umra tours may be cancelled at least 15 days before the departure date, while domestic trips may be cancelled at least 7 days before the departure date.
- In case of cancellation by our company, all payments made by participants will be refunded without any deductions.
Applications made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp are considered pre-registrations. To confirm the registration, at least 30% of the tour fee must be paid.
The following conditions apply to cancellations initiated by the participant:
- For cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the trip, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations made 15–29 days before the start of the trip, a deduction of 30% of the tour fee will be applied.
- For cancellations made 10–14 days before the start of the trip, a deduction of 50% of the tour fee will be applied.
- For cancellations made less than 10 days before the start of the trip, no refund will be issued.
Cases of force majeure such as serious illness, accidents, death, or contagious diseases that prevent travel must be proven with documents obtained from authorized official institutions. In such cases; after deducting amounts already paid in advance to service providers (such as airline tickets, visas, accommodation, etc.) that cannot be recovered, the remaining balance will be refunded to the participant.
General Information
Before making a reservation for our Umrah program, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following points:
- The dates of the Umrah program, flight times, airline company, hotels for accommodation, and visit schedule may change depending on operational conditions. In case of any changes, the general nature and service standard of the program will be maintained.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your travel. It is the participant's responsibility to submit all required documents and information for visa procedures completely and within the specified timeframe.
- The approval of the Umrah visa is solely under the authority of the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. Our agency handles the visa application and follow-up processes but cannot guarantee that the visa will be definitively approved.
- Room assignments are made according to the selected room type (double, triple, or quadruple) at the time of reservation. In triple and quadruple rooms, additional beds or sharing of existing beds may apply. For guests traveling alone, room-sharing requests can be accommodated if a suitable match is available.
- The distances of hotels from the Kaaba or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi may vary depending on the area, route, entrance gate, and walking path. During peak periods, walking and vehicle travel times may increase.
- Hotel standards in Makkah and Madinah, room sizes, variety of meals, and services provided may differ from those of similarly categorized hotels in Turkey.
- Flight times and routes may be changed by the airline company. Delays may occur due to check-in, passport control, baggage drop-off, and similar procedures at the airport.
- Transfers and visits included in the program are conducted in group arrangements. Due to traffic, congestion, weather conditions, official regulations, or regional restrictions, the order of visits may be changed, or some visits may not be carried out.
- It is important for elderly guests, those with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or those taking regular medication to consult their doctors before reservation and inform our agency of their health status. Needs for wheelchairs and special accompaniment will be evaluated separately.
- Compliance with current vaccination, health, and travel requirements requested by Saudi Arabian authorities is the participant's responsibility. Updated requirements will be shared prior to travel.
- During the Umrah pilgrimage, guests may encounter crowds, long walks, hot weather, and waiting times. Guests are advised to choose comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for their health condition.
- Baggage allowance is subject to the rules of the airline company. Excess baggage, special baggage, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
- A reservation becomes final upon payment of the required advance fee and signing of the contract. Cancellation, modification, and refund procedures will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the package tour contract.
