• Participant information must be submitted in full,
• Required contracts and notices must be completed,
• Unless otherwise specified, at least 30% of the tour price must be paid

Final registration and payment conditions may be determined differently in the relevant tour program or in the package tour contract presented to the participant.

5. Conclusion of the Contract

The tour programs, prices, and descriptions on the website are for general informational purposes. Submission of a form by the User alone does not mean that a package tour or service contract has been concluded between the parties.

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the necessary participant information, presentation of the service conditions to the parties, completion of the payment or deposit, and written or electronic confirmation of the reservation by NİLTUR.

For finalized reservations, the relevant package tour contract and special service conditions shall apply primarily. If there is a discrepancy between the Terms of Use and the package tour contract, the special provisions of the package tour contract shall prevail, without prejudice to applicable legislation.

6. Prices and Payments

Which services are included in the prices published on the website and which services will be charged separately are explained on the relevant tour or service page.

Prices may vary depending on the scope of the service, travel date, room type, number of people, flight class, exchange rate, taxes, and similar factors. The written reservation confirmation provided to the User by NİLTUR shall serve as the basis for determining the final price applicable at the time of payment.

Obvious typographical, calculation, system, or pricing errors on the website are not binding on NİLTUR. If such a situation is identified, the User will be informed; no different amount will be charged without the User’s consent.

The conditions of installments, commissions, and similar services offered by banks or payment institutions during payment are determined by the relevant institution.

7. Tour Programs and Service Changes

NİLTUR may, in line with operational requirements, make changes to the order of visits, departure time, meeting point, accommodation facility, or transportation plan, provided that the nature and essential elements of the tour are not significantly altered.

Flight times and flight information may be changed by the relevant airline companies. Final flight and meeting information will be communicated to participants before the trip.

In the event of substantial changes, cancellation of the tour, or failure to properly perform the contract, the provisions of applicable legislation and the package tour contract executed with the participant shall apply.

8. User Obligations

The User;

• is obliged to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the reservation,
• is obliged to provide their name, surname, and date of birth exactly as they appear on their identity document or passport,
• is obliged to monitor passport validity, visa, travel permit, and country entry requirements,
• is obliged to review the tour program, contract, and notices communicated to them,
• is obliged to fulfill payment obligations within the specified periods,
• is obliged to comply with local legislation, rules of public morality, group order, and the reasonable instructions of tour representatives during the trip

are bound to do so.

The User is responsible, to the extent that NİLTUR is not at fault, for consequences such as ticket changes, visa refusal, loss of services, additional fees, and similar results arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Passport, Visa, and Travel Requirements

Providing visa services does not mean that a visa will definitely be issued or that entry into the relevant country is guaranteed. The evaluation of visa applications and decisions regarding entry into a country are entirely within the authority of the relevant consulates and border authorities.

Users are responsible for fulfilling passport validity, visa, vaccination, health, travel permit, and country entry requirements. The information provided by NİLTUR is advisory in nature, and the current regulations of official authorities shall prevail.

10. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

For cancellation and change requests made by the participant, the provisions of the Cancellation and Refund Conditions published on the website, the relevant tour program, and the package tour contract executed with the participant shall apply.

The cancellation or change conditions of airline tickets, visas, insurance, accommodation, and similar third-party services may be determined by the relevant service provider.

Procedures to be carried out for tours canceled by NİLTUR or in cases of force majeure shall be conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions of the relevant contract.

11. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, closure of border gates, decisions of official authorities, obstruction of transportation, weather conditions, flight cancellations, or similar circumstances arising beyond NİLTUR’s reasonable control may be considered force majeure.

In such cases, the provisions of applicable legislation, the conditions of the relevant service providers, and the package tour contract shall apply regarding changes, postponement, or cancellation of the tour and any refunds to be made.

12. Use of the Website

Users may use the website only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Attempting to obstruct the security or operation of the website,
• Sending malware, viruses, or similar content to the website,
• Attempting to obtain unauthorized access,
