Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim,2 aile olarak uçaklı gap turlarına dahil oldum,şimdiye kadar gittiğim yurt içi ve yurt dışı gezilerimde firmalar içinde bu kadar memnun kaldığım olmamıştı,ilgi, alaka, rehberlik hizmetleri, anlatım,otel seçimleri, restaurantlar vs çok iyiydi, kendilerine teşekkür ederim (Translated by Google) I definitely recommend them. As two families, we joined Gap Tours by plane, and of all my domestic and international trips, I've never been so satisfied with any company. The attention, care, guiding services, explanations, hotel choices, restaurants, etc., were all excellent. Thank you!

18-21 Ekim Dubai& Abu Dhabi seyahatimizi Niltur ile gerçekleştirdik. İyi ki sizi seçmişim diye düşündüren birçok detay oldu.. Rezervasyon sırasında Gökhan Bey'in yaklaşımı, iletişimi bana doğru karar verdiğimizi hissettirmişti zaten. (Translated by Google) We booked our Dubai & Abu Dhabi trip from October 18-21 with Niltur. There were so many details that made me think, "I'm so glad I chose you." Gökhan Bey's approach and communication during the booking process already made me feel like we had made the right decision. Our guides, Nadir Bey and Yalım Bey, were both experienced and incredibly informative, making our trip much easier despite the busy tour schedule. I would like to thank them separately. Thanks to Hayrettin Bey, who accompanied us on the tour, we received top-notch service. I participated with my 3-year-old daughter. We have rarely experienced such a smooth, fluent, and well-organized tour. This tour was one of those rare ones. I can't find the words to express my satisfaction. I want to offer them my endless thanks.

Başka turlarına da katılmayı düşünüyorum (Translated by Google) I joined from Istanbul on my cousin's recommendation. I was very pleased. They started making us feel special even on the plane, and it continued that way throughout the tour. Thank you so much for everything. I'm thinking of joining their other tours as well.

(Translated by Google) Niltur is one of the best companies not only in Bursa but also in Turkey in terms of service quality. Although it is best known for its international tours, it also offers domestic tours. What I heard from those who participated in their Hajj and Umrah tours led me to meet them. First, in 2017, we took a trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina with my students. We were so satisfied that we started using Niltur's services for our other tours. Most recently, we took a trip to Andalusia, Spain with my students. The service quality is excellent, and it would be very accurate to call them a trustworthy company. I'm listing the reasons in bullet points: -They prefer Turkish Airlines for flights. They never compromise on quality. -For hotels, they prefer at least 4-star hotels within walking distance of the city. -As for service, a tour guide accompanies you. They solve even the smallest problem immediately. This is very reassuring. -Customer satisfaction is very important to them. For example, even though it wasn't on the program, they arranged match tickets for my students in La Liga and took us to Seville that night to see the Real Betis - Osasuna match. -They rent luxury, latest model vehicles for transfers. The bus in Spain had both USB and Type-C charging ports. -They prefer high-quality establishments for halal food and quality restaurants. -They plan free time in the tour program according to needs such as prayer. -They plan coffee and beverage breaks throughout the tour. -They never compromise on quality for the tour guide and the walkie-talkie sound system, each costing 100 Euros. They provide the sound system service free of charge. -They prepare personalized tags for luggage. -They make reservations for entrance tickets in advance and offer VIP entry without any waiting. For example, they organized a night tour of the Alhambra Palace and had already prepared the entrance tickets. -They are fully digitally proficient. All information is sent to the mobile phone via WhatsApp in a short time. -When comparing the service they provide with the fee they charge, you find the cost-benefit ratio very high. Especially the satisfaction you experience at the end of the trip cannot be measured in monetary terms. -It's a great privilege that the company owners participate in the trips. For example, Emir Bodur, who arranged all these things for us, was with us throughout the entire trip. In short, the quality of service and, most importantly, the sincerity you receive from Niltur cannot be measured in money.

Buradan Niltur'a bir kez daha teşekkür ediyorum (Translated by Google) I'm returning from a trip to Great Britain with Niltur. Choosing Niltur for my first solo international trip was a very good decision. I experienced wonderful places with a relaxed schedule, guided by the excellent Sinan Ercan, staying in fantastic hotels and enjoying wonderful food. There wasn't a single thing I complained about, felt uncomfortable about, or wanted changed. From now on, I will hopefully travel to all the countries on my list with Niltur's quality service. I would like to thank Niltur once again.
