During booking, identification and contact information for guests participating in the tour will be requested. For international tours, a photo page of the passport and additional documents required for visa processing may be requested. Do I need to pay the full room fee at the time of booking? +
No. You can create your reservation by paying 30% of the total tour fee as a prepayment using Niltur's partial online payment option. The deadline for completing the remaining payment and the payment schedule will be communicated to you based on the terms of the selected tour. Guests who wish may also pay the full tour fee at the time of booking.
What payment methods can I use? +
You can make your payments online with a credit or bank card, or via transfer/EFT to the bank accounts announced by Niltur. The currencies that can be used, installment options, and payment conditions may vary depending on the selected tour.

Since the visa decision is made solely by the relevant consulate or competent authority, approval of the visa cannot be guaranteed.
If the visa is rejected, will the tour fee be refunded? +
A visa rejection does not automatically and seamlessly cancel your tour reservation. Refund processes are carried out considering the cancellation terms accepted at the time of booking, as well as deduction amounts from airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Therefore, it is important that the visa application is submitted with complete documentation on the recommended dates.

Yes. You can join our group at Istanbul Airports or at the meeting point specified in the program via domestic flights, buses, or personal transportation from various cities in Turkey. When planning your connecting travel, it is recommended to allow sufficient time before the main tour flight.
Is connected transportation included in the tour price for guests traveling from outside Istanbul? +
